Collagenase-1000
Collagenase-1000 - gel for effective correction of scars and scars.
1g of gel contains: collagenase, not less than 1000 Cla.
Collagenase is one of the most powerful proteolytic enzymes with a specific effect on collagen fibers - the main structural element of connective tissue. Collagenase are the only enzymes that can selectively recognize native collagen and hydrolyze it.
The main effects of the enzyme collagenase:
— Deep hydrolysis of pathological collagen. Destroys deformed collagen fibers to full dissolution, effectively weakening fibrous micromodles and micromodules.
— Specificity. Exhibits high specificity of action, hydrolyzes collagen and does not affect other substrates: does not affect the intact epithelium, fat and muscle tissue.
— Neocolagenesis. Stimulates the synthesis of new collagen by restoring the dermis frame.
Collagenase-1000 Contains a natural enzyme of collagenase isolated from a non -pathogenic strain of bacteria of the genus streptomycetes. It belongs to real collagenase
– Hydrolyzes only collagen of all types and does not affect other proteins. Does not affect healthy tissue and granulation, promotes breakdown excess
collagen in already formed scars.
The modern gel base contributes to the deep penetration of the active substance into the scar tissue.

Application method:
- Scars and cicatricial changes:
- In case of excessive scar tissue formation and the presence of a significant cosmetic defect, the presence of a pathological scar (but not earlier than 4 weeks after wound healing), it is recommended to use the gel Collagenase-1000.
- Apply a thin layer of gel to the scarred area 2 times a day, wait 15-20 minutes until the gel dries completely. When applying, try to avoid getting the gel on healthy tissue around the scar - in people with sensitive skin this may cause slight itching or burning.
- To protect healthy tissue, you can apply a thin layer of Vaseline or any cosmetic cream around the scar. If necessary, you can use a gauze napkin on top. It is applied in courses of 20-30 days, with breaks of 10-14 days.
- To increase the effectiveness and speed up the treatment process, it is recommended to use the "Collagenase-1000" gel in a complex of physiotherapeutic procedures (phonophoresis) - clear changes are observed after the first procedures: reduction in the size of the scar and cosmetic defect, increase in elasticity, elimination of such pathological effects as pain, redness, itching in the scar area, feeling of "tension" of the skin; increase in the amplitude of movement if the scar is located in the joint area.
